SPR# SBUH8VMPTP - When a message contains an embedded iCalendar content that content is extracted when the message is opened. In some cases (noteably when the message is the result of a forwarded email chain from Outlook) there is also email thread data in addition to that iCalendar data. For this reason, we will change previous behavior which was always to remove the original message from inbox and all docs when the iCalendar content was extracted. New behavior is ini controlled as follows:
RemoveNoteOnIcalExtract=0 Never remove the note from inbox/all docs when the iCalendar is extracted from it
RemoveNoteOnIcalExtract=1 Always remove the note from inbox/all docs when the iCalendar is extracted from it (previous behavior)
RemoveNoteOnIcalExtract=2 (default) Remove the note from inbox/all docs when the iCalendar is extracted if and only if the iCalendar represented multiple VEVENTs (this is known to happen on some updates from Exchange - these cases do not have additional content beyond the iCalendar in any known use cases). This will still remove the note in cases where there is forwarded content that is could be lost.
