SPR# RJAS7FBSX8 - With this fix, Bookmarks added to the startup folder will not impact the client startup time. Bookmarks added to the startup folder will get added to a tab during startup time however they will not load until a user clicks on the bookmark tab. Prior to this fix, performance problems could arise when several bookmarks were added to the Startup folder and each bookmark was individually loaded causing a delay in startup time.
