SPR# NVENBY3LX6 - Client - Security - Fixed an issue where upgrade to 11.0.1 Client would not add the new Domino Template Development id to Execution Control List (ECL). This resulted in the user getting ECL prompts when they tried to open any database using a template signed by new signer. This regression was introduced in 11.0.1.
