SPR# SAIA9A5CWM - If the user enabled Pop-up blocker on Win 8 + IE 10 and then launches Notes Browser Plugin (NBP), then the user won't be presented with the alert that the popup blocker is enabled and it needs to be disabled before the user can use NBP.
This was due to NBP being unable to probe the browser and make browser specific check for the popup blocker.
The fix is to correctly identify IE and perform the check.
