SPR# MNAA7MC7TP - This problem was originally reported as a poor performance of exporting data on a view. However, as we found the root cause and fixed this issue, we found out that this issue may cause a poor performance problem everywhere on Notes/Domino R8.x for any Non-English environment. This problem was caused by a synchronization bottleneck with an updated character translation module.
