SPR# JJARCXBKHZ - Client - Accessibility - Addressed an issue where the "Position in Tab order" value for fields was not working as expected within a table - when the Tab key was hit, the fields were not being navigated relative to the position in tab order value. This fix is behind a new notes.ini - HonorStrickTabOrder and is off by default.
