SPR# RGAU8NDGT9 - Fixes issue where when the view data source dipslay was based on reader fields, no documents were displayed from a view data source if the expandLevel was set to 1, collapse all, and where that data source was using a categorized view that had been configured not show empty categories (View: Layout tab -> Don't show empty categories).
