SPR# MOBNCJ2F68 - Server - DirSync - Fixed an issue with DirSync where a Directory Assistance reload condition caused a second dirsync thread to start on the same dirsync config doc. This caused duplicate docs to be created and then subsequently deleted. Workaround was to force a resync.
