SPR# CHOO6YGQJB - "Sort by default" display in column header is not a bug, it displays because the view is in Vertical mode. You can narrow each column width via "View -> Customize this view..." to change the view to Horizontal layout to display "Condition", "Action(s)" and "Exception(s)".
