SPR# BSTS838NYV - DNS lookups no longer failover to the secondary DNS. With this fix, the "DNSServer=" Notes.ini variable will no longer be supported as we fully rely on the OS for DNS servers. For 8.5.1 FP4, if "DNSServer=" is enabled, the fix will be ignored.
