SPR# WHCN5ZTL39 - CD to MIME conversion done by the Domino common mail portlet (DCMP) did not use the correct phone message form when rendering the cd message for conversion to mime. The underlying reason for this problem is that there are two phone message forms both named 'Phone Message'; one is intended for use from web clients, the other for use from the notes client. When MMConvertMIME was called to do the cd->mime conversion, the converter fetched the notes client version of the 'Phone Message' form to do the rendering. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.
