SPR# PCHE745VGC - When there are two Wiring Properties design elements in an NSF, the runtime merge process combines them unsuccessfully if they contain the same action name for an output property (which they easily might). Note that having the same property name or the same action name in two WSDLs is still a no-no, but output properties have system-generated action names which are not visible in the WSDL editor.
