SPR# DGIN6E4RAJ - Virtual documents did not appear in a view if one or more keys in the external key table were blank. Virtualization was failing as the blanks were being mapped to NULLs. Added a new notes.ini variable "EIDB2MapEmptyToNULL" to toggle whether or not the strings of length zero are mapped to NULL.
