SPR# DMLI67J9LA - The Notes client keeps lists of users who were delegated access through the 'Access & Delegation' tab.
These lists are separate from the 'Access Control' list but they affect each other. In 6.5.3 and 6.5.4, DAMO was implementing the Managed Calendar feature by using only these 'Access & Delegation' lists and not the 'Access Control' list. The Notes client uses the 'Access Control' list to override the 'Access & Delegation' lists. In 6.5.5 the DAMO client will behave the same way, so for instance, if the mailfile owner changes the delegate's access (from a Notes client only; DAMO does not offer ACL management) to be 'Manager', 'Designer' or 'Depositor', the delegate will no longer appear on the list of users on the 'Access & Delegation' tab. Similarly, if a user is added to the 'Access Control' list with a permitted access level, such as 'Editor', then they will start appearing on the list of users on the 'Access & Delegation' tab.
