SPR# MMII74KVYP - Fixed a problem where the default cache scrubbing level in the server configuration document was ignored when logging out. In 8.0, we always used iNotes_WA_LogoutScrubType INI setting. New behaviour in 8.01 is:
1. Use INI setting if it's set.
2. Otherwise use server config setting.
