SPR# ASUH766ASH - When creating a new follow up message, the action is inherited from the existing document. The follow up flag, follow up action, follow up date and follow up time is the same as the selected document. Given you are creating a new follow up message, all of them should be empty. This problem has been fixed in 8.0.1.
