SPR# TSOE73RJUV - For backwards compatability reasons LZ1 and encryption have been mutually exclusive. As of release 8.0, Domino is at a sufficient number of releases away from the older servers of
release 5.x that it is reasonably safe to assume that an option to allow LZ1 compression
for encrypted attachments can be implemented.
