SPR# LMUN7UEHGK - Prior to this fix, the "Add Response" button did not open the drop down menu unless the arrow on the right side of the button was clicked. With this fix, the "Add Response" button in the entry tab, new entry tab, etc. will show the drop down menu with "Comment", "To do item", etc. regardless of which part of the button/arrow is clicked.
