SPR# PMAO8GGSDK - If quota check is set to 'check on file extend' within DAOS it was possible to create an object and increment the dbinfo5 DAOS stats, and then fail to alloc the ticket object. This led to a mismatch between the DIT and the dbinfo5 DAOS values, causing Needs Resync.
