SPR# KWAE65B66J - Fixes problem where the directory catalog was not listed in the Name Picker when running offline. The IBM Lotus Sync Manager needs a full path to an offline CDC (condensed directory catalog) specified in the Names setting of the offline Notes.ini, in order to work with encrypted subscriptions, and only the relative data path was being specified. This fix corrects any relative paths or specified the full path during the first subscription sync (install, reinstall).
