SPR# KPAL6YWQNW - If fault recovery is not enabled, the fatal error handle is removed, then starts the clean up. When zOS LE catches the pthread_kill it terminates the address space. This may or may not also kill the NSD. The fix leaves the error handler installed. To work around this problem always have fault recovery turned on.
