SPR# KSOR7PBL8X - For mime mail, the mail header is appended to the html body at the time the message is opened. After the mime mail has been opened and "show details" used to display the mail address, the appended header can not be updated. With this fix, we open the mime mail that will be rendered by the browser with "show details" enabled, then the appending header logic can read and write the email address to the html and print it.
