SPR# CMCY5P2Q84 - Fixed a flaw in the way Domino calculated time. The flaw would artificially make AIX slower than on other platforms. On AIX, the wait should be 10 milliseconds, that is 1/100th of a second, but we ended up waiting 4 seconds plus 1/100th of a second. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1 and 5.0.13.
