SPR# ADEEC5YHVH - Client - Drag and Drop - Fixed an issue with the Notes Client where Drag and Drop of an attachment from Notes to Chrome or Firefox browser would result in a 0 length attachment. This was previously attempted to be fixed by SPR# JVEKAR6GWT which required notes.ini Disable_opt_drag_drop=1 to be set. However that fix had some undesireable side effects. This new fix resolves the issue and is on by default. This regression was introduced in 8.5.3.
