SPR# ZSAE72FLCR - Fixed system handle lookup on Vista. The "section" object type is different on Vista, 0x1e instead of 0x13. Also, access rights are different on Vista. This fix is needed to get partition lookup to work on Vista and to correctly list handles in the process handles section.
