SPR# MAKA757QEZ - Fixed a problem that occurred during an "edge case user error" where a user put the entire contents of the memo body into the 'footer' section of the personal stationery memo. The recipient was unable to forward the contents of the memo, due to this user error. This regression was introduced in 8.0.
