SPR# JSSI8L9BPP - fix added so Unix upper case soft link mail file can share one lower case log file and one archive file during mail archiving because the lower case mail file and the upper case soft linked mail file will not be considered as same file name. The notes variable UNIX_ARCHIVE_MAIL_FILE_TO_LOWCASE is used for controlling the Unix archive mail file and archive log file in lower case.
