SPR# AHOD59HS4K - Added the "PRINTLIST_NEWAPI" Notes.ini parameter to control a new method of setting up the printer lists. This solves an issue when printing through Notes under Citrix where all printers, and not just the ones the current user has added, are shown in the list. The ini parameter is set to 1 to enable the fix, 0 or not set at all to disable it.
