SPR# JPKRDEVSGW - Programmabilty - CAPI - Fixed an issue in TimeDateDifference C API where number of seconds difference at which it returns MAXLONG instead of wrapping was 24819 days instead of 24856 days. This regression was introduced in 14.0 FP4 and 12.0.2 FP6
