Explanation:

Allows agents to run in templates with an ".ntf" extension, reverting the behavior to pre-6.0 mode.

In release 6.0, we added functionality that suppressed running agents in databases with ".ntf" extensions while allowing them to run in templates with ".nsf" extensions. A fix in 6.0.5/6.5.4 adds the ini variable "amgr_run_template_agents=1" to allow agents to run in templates with an ".ntf" extension, reverting the behavior to pre-6.0 mode.

Please note: The side effect of using amgr_run_template_agents is that it will have a significant negative effect on the time it takes to start the agent manager.
