1.1If it looks like Calendar Cleanup isn't working
properly, there are a few things you can check.
Animated word "Troubleshooting" displays
1.2Calendar Cleanup is part of archiving, so if it isn't working, you can check to make sure archiving is enabled. Notes Calendar displays.
1.3Click Actions > Archive > Settings, and make sure that at least one of the criteria has a check mark next to it.Click Actions > Archive > Settings.
Highlight criteria name with check mark next
to it.
1.4If none have a check mark, select a criteria name and click Enable. Then go back and run Calendar Cleanup again. Select criteria name without a check mark.
Click Enable button.
1.5If it looks like Calendar Cleanup may have missed some entries, it may be because an entry was modified more recently than you think.
The Last Modified date shows the last time a person edited an entry, but something else, like an agent, may have edited it more recently.
Highlight Last Modified date in Last
Modified column of Calendar entries view.
1.6From the Calendar Entries view, select the entry, click File > Properties, and look at Modified (In this file).
If that date is more recent than the date you chose for Calendar Cleanup, then that's why that entry was not deleted.
If you're sure you want to delete it, you can delete it by hand.
Select a calendar entry.
Click File > Properties.
Highlight Modified (In this file).
Click X icon in the action bar.
