Calendar Cleanup helps you delete lots of old Calendar and To Do entries, when you don't need them anymore. This makes your mail run faster, and it makes it easier to find things. But Notes also wants to make sure you don't delete anything you still need, so you may need some extra help, provided in this video!

2.2You can delete just calendar entries, just to do entries, or both.Highlights Calendar entries, then highlights To Do entries.
2.3So if you pick 1 year and Calendar entries, then Notes will delete all Calendar entries older than 1 year. Select 1 year. Select Calendar entries
2.4But to make sure you don't accidentally delete something you might still need, Notes will not delete Calendar entries that you or anyone else has edited in the past year, or a repeating meeting if any of those meetings occurred or were edited in the past year.Show entry that occurred more than 1 year ago, but that was edited in the past year. Highlight Last
Modified date.

3.4If none have a check mark, select a criteria name and click Enable. Then go back and run Calendar Cleanup again. Select criteria name without a check mark.
Click Enable button.
3.5If it looks like Calendar Cleanup may have missed some entries, it may be because an entry was modified more recently than you think.
The Last Modified date shows the last time a person edited an entry, but something else, like an agent, may have edited it more recently.
Highlight Last Modified date in Last
Modified column of Calendar entries view.
3.6From the Calendar Entries view, select the entry, click File > Properties, and look at Modified (In this file).
If that date is more recent than the date you chose for Calendar Cleanup, then that's why that entry was not deleted.
If you're sure you want to delete it, you can delete it by hand.
Select a calendar entry.
Click File > Properties.
Highlight Modified (In this file).
Click X icon in the action bar.
