Troublshoot traveler client install and configure issue-Error(8) connection error with server

Error(8) connection error with server Notes Traveler: WARNING *system User ID Not able to complete traveler client installation and configure

Problem Description: During configuring traveler client in nokia device, below error message popup on nokia mobile device

Erro Message:

Error(8) connection error with server Mytravelermail.com port 8642. Initial sync is not complete

Invastigation: Reviewd the log.nsf and found below error mesg.

Solution:

1. Reconfigure travler client

2. Provided full hierarchical name like lalit gupta/is/ggn/org

3. Type password

4. Resolved the issue
