When printing the calendar, you can choose what to print for each calendar entry, and other options.

This article tells you how to choose which information to print for each calendar entry, print only the first line of each calendar entry, increase the size of calendar entries (so more info can display), spread a week over 3 pages, or include a banner with the previous, current, and next month, include weekends or don't.
Choose what to print for each calendar entry and what size
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- In the first section, select the check box next the the parts you want to print for each calendar entry. if you don't want to print it, clear the check box.
- To change the font, size, or style for that part, double-click the part you would like to change.
Print only the first line of each calendar entry
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- Under Style Options, select Print first line only.
Increase the size of calendar entries so most information can display
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- Under Style Options, select Expand rows, time-slots as needed.
Spread the week across 3 pages
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- Under Style Options, select Print first line only.
This option is only available if you are printing by week or work week.
Print a banner with the previous, current, and next month
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- Under Style Options, select Print three month banner.
Include weekends
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- Under Style Options, select Include weekends.
Do not print entries that are marked private
- If you have not already, click File > Print, and then open the Calendar Style tab.
- Under Style Options, select Hide private entries.
