If you start Notes for the first time and see the message Your administrator has specified that your mail file design should be upgraded, what should you do?
  • If you have already upgraded to that version of Notes on all computers you use, click OK.
    IMPORTANT: If you haven't upgraded on all computers and you click OK, then you won't be able to use your mail on the computers without that version.
  • If you haven't upgraded on all computers, click Cancel to use your mail without the latest features until you are ready to upgrade.

If you have questions, ask your administrator.

Upgrading will not delete your personal mail folders.
