If you create a new contact whose name consists of more than two parts (ex: Peter Le Chair or Ellen Van Den Berg), then the Name Helper will appear to help you designate which is the last, first, or middle names.
If you don't want to Name Helper to appear, you can set a preference to always accept the default way of dividing names, using the following steps:
- Click File > Preferences.
- Click Contacts.
- Select Always accept the default name assignment when adding contacts.
Note: You can still get to the Name Helper when you create a new contact, by clicking the Contact Name link on the New Contact form. |
