For archiving purposes our company sets up new mailboxes when the old one becomes too large. When we set up the new mailbox, the only downside is that calendar events will not transfer. Any thoughts on how best to transfer calendar events (including reoccurring), or at minimum, is there a way to ...

For archiving purposes our company sets up new mailboxes when the old one becomes too large. When we set up the new mailbox, the only downside is that calendar events will not transfer. Any thoughts on how best to transfer calendar events (including reoccurring), or at minimum, is there a way to display 2 calendars simultaneously?
