When you add hotspots (links, pop-up text, or actions) to a graphic in an email, calendar entry, or other Notes document, you can customize the hotspots. This article tells you how to specify the order of the hotspots to tab through, add an alternate name for hotspots, move a hotspot, delete a hotspot, and view the number of hotspots on a graphic.
Specify the order your hotspots are selected as you press the TAB key
- Click Picture > Hotspot Properties, and then click the Advanced tab.
- Enter a number in the Position in Image Map tab order field.
Add an alternate name for your hotspot
- Click Picture > Hotspot Properties, and then click the Advanced tab.
- Enter a name in the Alternate Text field, and then click the check mark to save
Move a selected hotspot on your graphic
- Click the hotspot and drag it to a new location.
Delete a selected hotspot
- Click Picture > Delete Selected Hotspot.
Edit your hotspot properties
- Click Picture > Edit Hotspot.
View the number of hotspots on a graphic
- Click Picture > Picture Properties, and then click the Picture Info tab.
- Refer to the Number field in the Hotspots section.
