You can change how fast the table changes to a new row, and what effect to use as a transition.

1. Click in the table, and then click Table > Table Properties.
2. Click the Table Rows tab.
   
3. Under Which row to display, change the number of milliseconds in the Switch rows every n milliseconds field. The default is 2000 milliseconds (2 seconds); use a lower number for a faster change.
4. Under Transition when switching rows, select when a row should change from the Cycle through rows list.
5. Locate your cursor in a row to specify a transition effect--do not select the entire row, select only a single cell. Select a transition from the Effect list.
