In an email, calendar entry, or other Notes document, you can create a link in that lets readers open another document, view, folder, or application. You must be in a rich-text field to create a link.

To create a link to a document, view, folder, or application, follow these steps:
- Open the document, view, folder, or application to link to.
- Click Edit > Copy As, and then select the type of link. For folders, choose View Link.
- In the document that you are adding the link to, click where you want the link to appear. (Make sure the document is in Edit mode.)
- Click Edit > Paste or Ctrl + P / Apple + P
Tip: In Notes Standard, you can also use Edit > Copy As to create a link to portal applications. Select either Application URL or Page URL as the link type. |
