In some cases, after generating the Apple profile from the Traveler servlet page, the profile may fail to launch the "Install Profile" action and the browser may display an icon similar to the following:

This indicates that an application on the Apple device has become associated with the standard Apple configuration profile format when downloaded through the browser and has stopped the "Install Profile" action from occurring. There are many Apple device apps that can cause this problem.

Should this occur, one of the following alternatives can be used to set up the Traveler account on the device:

1. Configure the Traveler account manually, as described here:
http://www.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/How_do_I_create_an_account_manually_LNT8521

2. Remove applications on the device one-by-one, retrying the profile installation each time, until the problematic application is found and the Install Profile action occurs

3. If the Apple device has another email account configured:

a. Generate and download the configuration profile (ILNT.mobileconfig) from a desktop browser
b. Attach the ILNT.mobileconfig file to an email and send it to this other email account
c. Open the ILNT.mobileconfig file from the email attachment once received on the device, which launches the "Install Profile" action

Known 3rd Party Applications that can cause this include (but not limited to): QuickOffice, WebProjector, Air Sharing, Downloader, File App, DocumentsToGo, ActivePrint and other PDF applications.
