Please note: The IBM Inform Mobile application for iOS and Android devices will no longer be supported as of May 25, 2018. After that date, updates on incidents or maintenance will no longer be shared through IBM Inform. We recommend you uninstall the IBM Inform application from your device and subscribe to email and/or text message (SMS) notifications from our new status page located at
status.collabserv.com.
For
Watson Workspace customers, power users, or those interested in a mobile application solution, we have introduced a new version of IBM Inform based on Watson Workspace. The new application will alert participants in that space anytime we update the Connections Cloud status page.
Watson Workspace clients, including those participating in a
free preview, can add the IBM Inform application to any space by first
accessing the space settings by clicking the space name, then clicking "Apps", next locate the Inform App in the "All Apps" tab, and finally click "Add". Additional information on
creating a space, and
adding or removing an app in Watson Workspace is available in the
Help Center.
The IBM Inform Mobile app is no longer available for download and will no longer be supported after May 25, 2018.
