Error in Value picker

Hi All,
 
 
A new issue pops out now.
 
I have a Value Picker. I have selected a value by double clicking. When i do so, I get error stating
 
"The value of the property 'toggle Element' is null or undefined, not a Function object"
 
 
Pls help. Thanks in Advance
