Tabbed Panel does not display in iPhone after upgraded to 8.5.3

After server upgraded to 8.5.3, Tabbed Panel does not display in iPhone (iOS5 / 4.x.) - show list item instead.
 
But IE, Firefox & Solaris can display properly. Why?
