@DbLookup with multiple keywords

Does anyone have an example of how to call @DbLookup in SSJS that uses both the [FAILSILENT] and [RETURNDOCUMENTUNIQUEID] keywords?

AFA/IK the [RETURNDOCUMENTUNIQUEID] doesn't work.  Make a view with a column that has the UNID and read one.
