CKeditor failing in Xpages

Hello - here is a most annoying problem.

I have 8.5.3 installed and have followed one of the tutorials for using XPages in current application - the document library being the application in question.

On one computer what I have produced in the tutorial works; the xpage shows a form with fields formatted correctly and the rich text field on it being shown as a WYSIWYG editor with a working submit button - great I think!

But, when I use this same database on another computer (same version of Windows 7 and same version of Domino installed), the form loses this formatting. The rich text field is now just text field and the submit button no longer works. On a computer where it works, I can replicate the error by renaming the CK editor folder.

I have uninstalled notes completely, deleted the folder that it left behind and done a fresh install - same problem.

I installed 8.5.2 and this worked as it should. Then, when I installed 8.5.3 on top the problem came back.

I cannot work out what is wrong as the database I have created works fine on other computers.

This is really denting my XPages learning! A solution to this would really make my day.
