Haven't seen any but there are differences even in the controls in both
New properties, etc. were added. I would not use the IBM Upgrade Pack 1... Use the Ext. Lib. or upgrade to Domino 9... Howard

DOTS, RDBMS etc
in corporate world you need to come with business cases where you can justify putting admins to work (especially when administration is outsourced so you may pay for any change in steady state).

I know of DOTS, RDBMS access. But is there no clear overview what is added with each new version?

@Howard:  Sometimes you do not get the choice.  Upgrade Pack 1 is supported by IBM and our support contract is with IBM.

I've had this exact same thought when ever I see a demo/example database using ExtLib calls.

I agree with Eric, in hosted corporate environments you work with contracts (bless you who have inhouse admins & their understanding you need new functionality on their environments).

But I do not understand why IBM would not take the risk (opportunity) to host the extension library from OpenNTF while I assume all project owners are IBM-ers?  (Philippe Riand, Niklas Heidloff, Dave Delay, Akihiro Kosugi, Maire Kehoe, Tony McGuckin, John Piermarini, Martin Donnelly, James Quill, Darin Egan, Padraic Edwards, Andrejus Chaliapinas, Lorcan McDonald, Simon McLoughlin, Paul Hannan )
