Add Anonymous entry to the ACL of the database.
Choose Author access to it and check Create Document and Delete Document as well.

When on web you can remove it after.

Hope this help

If you can preview the xpage in the Notes Client (XPiNC) but the browser reports page not found then you have some other web process that is listening on port 80.

In your designer preferences for Domino Designer change the preview port to some other socket like 8080 or 8181.  Some socket you know is not being used

Try running Designer as Admin in Windows
Shut down both Notes and Designer and then right click on Notes in the Windows start menu and choose run as Admin, do the same for Designer. See if that fixes it. Howard
