Mobile XPages - close browser window

I am somewhat new to XPages development. I am working on adding a button to an XPage which closes the browser window on a mobile device. I have been searching and tried multiple examples but none have worked. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

you're using Mobile Controls for this? Does it work in a full browser? If could be a limitation of the mobile browser.

Thank you for your response. It must be a limitation of the mobile browser. It worked fine from a normal browser. It also worked fine from the new iPhone and from the Opera browser.
