'Image source URL is missing' error when using rich text control

Hi,
 
I have a garden variety xpage on a garden variety server.
 
When I create a rich text field, I can add tables, bold etc etc.. but when I click the insert image icon I get the above error after clicking the upload to server button.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
